I make the case throughout this website that this is the exact opposite of Consciousness because Consciousness is about Self Realization and Self Realization is about realizing that you are the master of you...no one else.

It's about limitlessness versus limitation. It's about growing beyond feeling the need to "do something" in order to be who you already are and stepping into "just being." It's not about following another person's truth or modeling the actions of another, it's about awakening to your own truth and then living it. Once this happens, the only person that you will choose to follow is yourself. Our bodies were created to need specific nutrients to achieve optimum health. When the Earth was created, it had ALL of the nutrients our bodies needed to survive. That is no longer the case, particularly in the Western part of the world, and it has not been the case for a very long time, no matter how healthy you believe you eat now.
