A Note About The Power Of Vision Boards...

Were you all as inspired by the 2008 Olympic Games as I was?

Here is a great and revealing story that we can ALL benefit from:

In September of 2008, Oprah had a special show which featured all of the US Olympic Athletes who won medals in Beijing. 

Nastia Luikin, from the US Women's Gymnastic's Olympic Team was a major star at the 2008 Olympics, having won 5 Gymnastic Medals, tying a US record by the legendary Olympian Mary Lou Retton.

On the Oprah Show, Nastia said that she began "envisioning" her medals long before she boarded the flight to Beijing.  About a month before the Olympic Games began, Nastia says she saw a previous episode of the Oprah Show that featured the book and DVD "The Secret."  Nastia said:

"My mom had read it before, (The Secret), and she kept telling me, "You should really read this book. It's a good book.", and I was just like, "Yeah, I'll get around to it.", she said. Then when I watched your show on "The Secret", I said, "Okay, I guess I should really read it since Oprah read it."

Nastia said the lessons she learned from "The Secret" changed her way of thinking. "It inspired me so much, and so I made a Vision Board. I googled the Olympic Medals of Beijing; I'd never seen them before - and I printed a picture and put a big picture of a gold medal on my Vision Board." Of course, Nastia went on to win 5 medals at the Olympics...including the Olympic Gold Medal!

Many other prominent people have used Vision Boards to help manifest and fulfill their dreams. 

For example:

• Author and Motivational Speaker Lisa Nichols, created a Vision Board showing herself as a guest on Oprah - and then showed it to Oprah and her audience when she got on Oprah's Show. 
• The Legendary Visionary CEO Walt Disney, created  a Vision Board for Disneyland years before anyone had ever heard of theme parks, (or vision boards).
• Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama's Online Campaign Manager created a Vision Board at the beginning of the Presidential Campaign.
• Even Oprah says she now has a Vision Board!
